Molly Leach, LCSW

Psychotherapist
TX
Hi there, I'm Molly. I understand it can be uncomfortable to ask for help and be vulnerable with a complete stranger. That's why I believe in providing a safe space for my clients, bringing a non-judgmental attitude and my genuine, authentic self to every session. I understand that people and relationships are very complex, and my role as a therapist is to help you navigate difficult situations through individual work. I've been a Social Worker for 12 years and a therapist for the last eight. Originally from Brownsville, TX, I moved to Denver, CO, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2007 and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2013. I am also a licensed clinical social worker and a board-approved clinical supervisor. Throughout my career, I've gained experience in various settings, working with many different populations. I have extensive skills and experience in crisis intervention, individual, group, and couples therapy. My passion lies in working with individuals experiencing depression and relationship conflicts, from basic day-to-day issues like communication problems to more complex challenges like rebuilding trust after infidelity. I also specialize in working with those who have experienced domestic violence. I know there are lots of different treatment modalities that can be used. Therapy is not “one size fits all,” and therefore my approach can change based on what my clients may need or want. I am a genuine and compassionate therapist who works collaboratively with clients to find the best path forward. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring the beautiful outdoors of Colorado and spending time with my family. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm looking forward to meeting you and working together on your journey to well-being.
