I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7+ years in the mental health field, as well as additional experience with foster care, and community health case management. I have experience in severe and persistent mental health through inpatient and day program social work as well as traditional outpatient care. I enjoy working with young adults. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment with focus on depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and grief/trauma.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy tailored to the needs of each client. I work from a strengths-based perspective with the ability to acknowledge and treat with an understanding of the systems each client lives within, balanced with a humanistic approach to healing and growth. I often utilize and integrate CBT concepts and skills into general practice to assist clients in navigating current thinking patterns. I encourage each client to experience therapy in the way that is most beneficial and meaningful to them. I hope clients take away the feeling of genuine, unwavering support that allows clients to navigate their emotions, experiences, healing, and growth in a way that feels authentic and aligns with the goals they want to achieve.
