Hello! I am a social worker with a clinical license who has training in ADHD skills, Mindfulness, and emotion regulation. I have a Masters degree in social work from St. Kate's and have clinical experience working with veterans and mental health.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I employ an strengths based approach with the understanding that each person is the expert on themselves. I draw from CBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy to help empower and support my clients. All of my work is trauma-informed. I have extensive experience in working with folks with ADHD and neurodiversity, as well as PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When I begin working with someone new, I like to take time to build rapport and get to know each other. I enjoy working in a calm, laid back environment while learning about your goals and how I can support you!
