My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from DBT, CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, narrative work, psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems, and strengths-based care. I believe in meeting clients with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Outside of therapy, I love reading, singing, dancing, true crime shows, comedy, and time with my Yorkiepoo, Biggie Smalls. I bring warmth, authenticity, and humanity into every session.
