Hi there, I'm Monet C. Ramsey! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University. My approach to therapy is simple and effective. I meet people where they are and assist them in becoming GREAT! My approach I provide person-centered therapy, incorporating motivational interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed therapies to help facilitate meaningful change. My focus I have worked with teenagers and adults in a variety of settings, including residential, inpatient/outpatient, and prison environments. I am comfortable treating Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues, as well as Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and Trauma. My communication style My sessions are laid-back and comfortable. Working with me feels like being able to express yourself openly with someone who is easy to talk to and offers no judgment.
