Psychotherapist

Hi there, I'm Monet! I work with individuals who struggle with self-worth and functioning. Through my own journey, I realized that loving yourself is a priority—without it, your ability to thrive declines. One of my favorite quotes is "It is not selfish, but self-full. My cup runneth over. What comes out of the cup is for all. What's in the cup is mine." My focus I primarily work with women struggling with anxiety and depression. A relaxed, compassionate approach has proven beneficial for helping clients feel safe and supported in their healing journey. My approach My approach is non-judgmental and relaxed. I understand that entering therapy can produce anxiety, so I work to make the process as comfortable as possible. I use mindfulness techniques along with cognitive behavioral therapy, and have found this combination to be most helpful for my clients. My communication style I am non-judgmental, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. My goal is to make the therapy process as comfortable as possible so you can focus on your growth and healing. My journey to mental healthcare Through self-reflection, I realized that loving yourself is a priority. Without it, your ability to function declines. Everyone deserves happiness. My goals for you My focus is helping you build self-love and strengthen your ability to function and thrive. Together, we'll work toward the happiness and fulfillment you deserve. Our first session In our first session, you'll have the opportunity to share more about yourself. The first session is a time for both of us to get a better understanding of one another and begin building our therapeutic relationship.
