Getting to know Monica Flynn

I work with teens, young adults and families and support clients in drawing on their internal resources and building up their strengths in the face of life’s challenges. I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT and NVC. Using these techniques, we can work together to challenge negative thought patterns, navigate difficult emotions, align actions and inner values and communicate meaningfully with others. My approach is warm, accepting and collaborative. In addition, I also have experience working with young people with systems involvement and survivors of intimate partner violence.
