I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness approaches. I also am trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method, and use it in my work with couples.
