Getting to know Monica Linder

I have been a social worker for over twenty years and providing therapy since 2019. I believe in meeting people where they are at and helping them get to where they want to be. Whether its depression, anxiety, trauma, or uncertainty about your path that is holding you back, I am here to support and guide you as you explore your options, your past experiences, or the future you want to have. I utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy techniques, and a trauma-informed lens to help support you. I have been trained in EMDR. I also provide Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to parents and their children ages 2-7 years old. My theoretical orientation is grounded in a strength-based approach. I believe in exploring an individual's internal and external resources and support system in order to help a person achieve the change they desire.
