I earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Universidad UNIVER in Mexico and obtained a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sam Houston State University. I have provided counseling services in both Mexico and the United States, working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other emotional challenges. Before entering the counseling profession full time, I spent more than a decade in the technology industry, where I gained valuable insight into workplace stress, professional demands, and the challenges of balancing career and personal well-being.
