I’m Monicarose Orozco, your compassionate Mental Health Counselor providing services in the silver state of Nevada, the sunflower state of Kansas, Vermont, Texas, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey and Sunny Florida and more! Fluent in both English and Spanish, I offer a warm and empathetic communication style, along with meticulous attention to detail—all essential in guiding you on your path to mental wellness.
I’ve developed a talent for creating deep, trusting relationships with my patients. My specialty lies in identifying mental health issues and crafting personalized treatment plans that resonate with your individual needs. I have a particular focus on art therapy, trauma, child and family therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mood disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, veterans’ mental health, and relationship challenges. I was expecting to meet with Monica and instead met with someone still in graduate school. There was no communication that this would be the case. I found the appointment confusing and unhelpful. It should be communicated clearly if you are not seeing the therapist you sign up for.
