More about Monica Pavlovsky, LPC
With a background as a former high school literature teacher, I found my true passion not in teaching Shakespeare, but in listening to students’ stories and helping them navigate life’s challenges. I bring this same approach to my counseling practice today. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Texas Woman’s University, grounding my work in a strong educational foundation. Although I come from an Adlerian perspective, I’m dedicated to learning and integrating a variety of techniques to create a truly client-centered experience.
My goal is to listen deeply and support clients in finding their own unique path. I believe in the power of understanding why and how therapy works, and I encourage clients to give feedback so we can tailor strategies to their needs. I’m comfortable with a wide range of topics, including postpartum challenges, relationships, communication, and decision-making. I’m here to support my clients in discovering the choices that best fit their lives.
Outside of therapy, you’ll find me enjoying yoga, reading, all things plants, and cheering on college football. Expect an authentic, compassionate, and down-to-earth experience when we work together. I’m here to help you explore who you are and who you want to become, and I can’t wait to meet you on your journey.
