What should a new client know about working with you?

I support individuals navigating anxiety, complex trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, OCD, and those who have experienced therapy/mental health care harm. Passionate about working with OCD, an experience far too often misunderstood and misrepresented, I am trained in and use Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. As a former Division I & professional athlete, I additionally work with current/former athletes, and those exploring identities and transition after sports. I am a first-generation American from a Polish immigrant family, and bring this cultural understanding to my practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to promote self-awareness, self-agency, and transformation, while walking alongside clients with a gentle nudge. Together, we can find the right pace for building physical and emotional safety, to feel grounded and present. When supporting individuals with some heavy realities, I also see the importance of sharing moments of lightness and humor while building together. In my free time you can find me singing, taking modern dance classes, skateboarding, and stuffing my face with gummy bears.
