I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their families, using Child-Centered and Adlerian Play Therapy models and blending directive and non-directive techniques. When working with adults, I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to identify practical solutions and empower meaningful change. I also integrate mindfulness, grounding, sand tray, breathing, and art-based techniques, valuing a holistic approach that addresses all areas of life. A strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I focus on building genuine connection and trust, and when working with children, I believe strengthening the parent–child bond is a powerful part of healing. Being bilingual in Spanish allows me to serve families from diverse backgrounds. Across my clinical experience, I have supported clients of all ages with anxiety, stress, anger management, emotional regulation, social skills, trauma, self-esteem, school issues, parenting concerns, and life transitions. My work has taken place in private practice, public schools, non-profit organizations, and community programs. Counseling has been a lifelong calling, and I remain committed to continually growing as a clinician to best serve those who entrust me with their care.
