Many of my clients come to therapy feeling unsure about the process, often at the encouragement of someone close to them. During our initial sessions, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in and start identifying the barriers holding you back. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being honest with yourself and others. Each session is a collaborative effort, designed to tackle relational struggles and emotional roadblocks.
