I also use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to alleviate stress and build self-confidence. My focus Whether you’ve struggled to cope after traumatic events or have difficulty connecting with others or yourself in the way you want, know that change is possible and you will not be alone on your journey. We will work to develop new skills and shift how you see yourself, your past, and your future as you start a new chapter of growth and resilience. My communication style Therapy is a safe space for you to explore your concerns, embrace your inner strength, and challenge yourself to grow. My journey to mental healthcare I knew I wanted to help people, and I found mental health to be a rich and rewarding domain. Throughout my graduate training, I worked with kids, teens, and adults, and saw how it is never too early or too late to seek growth. Continuing to work with people at different life stages reinforced the idea that every day presents a new opportunity for change, from addressing specific traumas to mitigating the wear and tear of daily life.
