What should a new client know about working with you?

I have years of experience working with individuals on a wide range of issues such as Trauma, Anxiety, Sexual Dysfunctions, Family Conflict, Attachment, and more. I use a psychodynamic approach that utilizes evidence based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused, Family Systems, and Trauma focused to name a few.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with Anxiety, Trauma, or any Conflict. During our initial sessions we will delve into the issues at hand and collaboratively create a plan to address them head on. My clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am here to help you achieve your personal goals. I look forward to working with you.
