I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience supporting individuals through life's most complex challenges. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, substance use, self-esteem and identity and I have worked with individuals across the lifespan from parents and children to seniors. As someone with lived experience navigating mental health, trauma, and recovery, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. My approach is warm and collaborative. I draw from evidenced-based modalities including DBT, CBT and ACT to help clients reflect, build insight, develop coping tools, and create and maintain meaningful change.
