Getting to know Morgan Blair

I offer individual therapy for folks healing from trauma and eating disorders who are searching for a new perspective on the recovery process. At my practice, clients integrate their unique needs into the therapy process so that their recovery feels like their own. I want clients to feel seen and validated while making peace with their bodies and becoming their most realized selves. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and completed my undergraduate studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I also lived in the student residence hall.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Trauma and eating disorders can strip away our feelings of safety and leave us disconnected from our needs and intuition. My work as a therapist is to support individuals as they reclaim their needs and identity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style as a therapist is collaborative and integrative. I come from an art background and enjoy bringing creativity into the healing process. My sessions are 50 minutes. During that time, we will begin exploring your story and work on editing the narratives that keep you stuck.
