Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, but you're not alone in this. I believe healing happens best when in the context of safety, empathy, and attunement. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using a compassionate, collaborative approach that centers your unique goals and values. Together, we’ll create a space where healing and meaningful change feel possible. We will work towards finding self-compassion and practical tools to navigate whatever may come your way. My approach My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your inner experience. I believe healing happens when we create a safe space to gently explore what's been painful, while also building tools to support growth and resilience. I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma and distressing memories, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to foster psychological flexibility and values-based living, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to support connection and healing within the different parts of yourself. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, with compassion and curiosity guiding our work. Together, we’ll move at your pace, working toward clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of self-trust. My focus I specialize in working with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—whether it’s overwhelming self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a constant sense of unease—and are looking for a path toward deeper healing and self-understanding. I create a supportive, attuned space where we can explore these patterns together using EMDR, ACT, and IFS therapies.
