What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a calm, relaxed and inviting environment for you to discuss whatever is on your mind. I tend to use an approach in which I meet you where you are, while encouraging you to dig deeper. Using an integration of a few different therapeutic methods has helped my clients understand their lives through a holistic viewpoint. I incorporate a psychodynamic style to assist you in uncovering beliefs and experiences deriving from childhood while helping you to understand how the interaction between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the utilization of Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I encourage and empower my clients to be open with their comfort level and respect their boundaries by taking difficult conversations at a pace that allows them the time and space to have what they need.
