With a BA in Art from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Illinois State University, I like to think I bring a unique perspective to therapy, blending creativity with evidence-based practices. My philosophy centers on empowerment, encouragement, and the belief in growth within every struggle. With experience in substance abuse treatment centers and a background in sales management, teaching, and nonprofit administration, I believe I bring a wealth of diverse perspectives to my practice. Based in Palmetto Bay, Florida, I operate a private practice, offering virtual sessions and innovative walk-and-talk therapy using headphones and a regular commitment. Grateful for my own journey to sobriety, my struggles through trauma and grief, and as a cancer survivor, I truly understand firsthand the importance of resilience and hope.
