I help clients identify the patterns that keep them stuck—like harsh self-talk or avoidance—and develop new ways to meet their needs with clarity and kindness. Every session is collaborative and responsive, and we move at your pace. My focus My clients are insightful, empathetic people who’ve spent years taking care of everyone else while neglecting their own needs. They come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who they are. Some are healing from trauma or burnout, while others are learning to set boundaries or rediscover meaning in their lives. My communication style In session, I’m warm, grounded, and collaborative. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to therapy through a deep curiosity about identity—why we lose our sense of self under pressure, and how we rediscover it. Working with clients who’ve experienced trauma has continually reinforced my belief in the human capacity for resilience and transformation. My goals for you Therapy is a space to remember who you are beneath survival mode. Together, we’ll identify what feeling “better” looks like for you—whether that means less anxiety, stronger boundaries, or simply feeling more at home within yourself.
