You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and relationship struggles with a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. Together we’ll slow things down, build insight, and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable. If you're ready to feel more grounded and supported, I’d be honored to walk with you. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic tools to support nervous system regulation, insight, and emotional healing. Sessions are paced intentionally, and we focus on what feels most present and important to you — whether that’s anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or deep-rooted patterns you’re ready to shift. I adapt to each client’s pace and needs, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge what isn’t serving you anymore. Together, we’ll build clarity, connection, and sustainable change — in a way that feels human, not clinical. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of overthinking, navigating trauma, or carrying the weight of burnout, perfectionism, or relationship struggles. Many of my clients show up strong for others but feel disconnected from their own needs, constantly second-guessing themselves or shutting down under pressure. Whether you’re struggling with emotional regulation, boundary-setting, or a harsh inner critic, we’ll work together to build awareness, develop tools, and create more space for clarity, calm, and connection. You don’t have to keep holding it all in — we can unpack it gently, at your pace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My communication style is grounded, compassionate, and real. I listen with curiosity and care, and I’ll also gently challenge patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I prioritize emotional safety in the room, and I meet each client where they are — sometimes that means sitting with silence, sometimes it means helping untangle something that feels heavy or confusing. You can expect honesty, empathy, and a pace that respects both your nervous system and your goals. Whether you need validation, reflection, or tools, we’ll find the rhythm that works for you. My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in my own mental health journey. I grew up without a safe space to talk about my emotions, often feeling like I had to hold everything in or figure it out alone. That silence shaped me—and so did the slow, life-changing process of unlearning it. Now, I offer others the kind of space I once needed: a place where nothing is too much, where your truth is met with curiosity, not judgment, and where healing feels possible. Because of my own history, I’m especially attuned to shame, emotional safety, and how hard it can be to let your guard down. In sessions, I show up with warmth, honesty, and patience—always aiming to create a space where you can breathe a little easier, speak a little more freely, and feel a little more human.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we create goals that feel meaningful and attainable to you. We'll explore what matters most—whether that's improving relationships, building self-worth, or developing new coping strategies—and check in regularly to make sure you're feeling aligned. Together, we'll adapt your goals as needed so that therapy stays flexible and relevant to your growth. Our first session is a chance for us to slow down and get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any questions or concerns you have. I’ll guide you through the process and we’ll go at your pace — no pressure to have it all figured out. Therapy is a collaborative space, and our first meeting is about building comfort and trust so we can begin that work together.
