Getting to know Morgan Sparks

You want to live a life free from the heaviness of anxiety. You deserve to feel secure and empowered to make decisions that align with your values. You are curious about a life that exists outside of the rules, limitations, and expectations that do not reflect your authentic self. Together, we will create a non-judgmental space for self-exploration. My therapeutic approach incorporates skill building, values clarification, self-reflection, and mind-body connection. With an air of compassion and humor, we will gain more insight and awareness of patterns that keep you feeling stuck. By expanding on your strengths, we will equip you with tools that help you carry lessons from therapy out into your life. I provide virtual and in-person therapy for adults. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, life transitions, identity, and relationship concerns. I am interested in working with clients who have families and relationships of all structures. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
