I like to apply a person-centered approach to assist my clients in developing an individualized treatment plan and creating personal goals. I aspire to provide clients with a safe space to explore and process mental health symptoms and emotional and behavioral patterns to resolve any presenting concerns. I utilize treatment modalities including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and motivational interviewing. I enjoy collaborating with clients to restore executive functioning and promote healing on their path forward!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session is a collaborative approach where open communication is valued. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will work towards fostering understanding, healing, and, ultimately, a treatment plan that aligns with your goals for mental wellness. PLEASE NOTE: We do not prescribe medications at this practice.
