After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* I believe that for therapy to be effective, a space must be created in which the client feels safe to become their full authentic self. When the individual is seen and heard without judgement, acceptance and growth can begin to unfold. My primary training is in dialectical behavior therapy, the hakomi method, and existential psychotherapy. I practice a holistic approach that incorporates the physical, mental and spiritual facets of our being. As these aspects of self are intertwined, finding healing in one aspect can bring about positive change in the whole system. I incorporate mindfulness into much of my work and have noticed the profound impact that breathwork and returning to the present moment can have. We will work together to find the roots of empowerment and reconnect with your intrinsic ability to become your own greatest healer.
