Getting to know Moskula Monica Kypreos
Clients come to me when they are struggling with a variety of issues including, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and trauma. I have over 30 years experience which includes work with Hospice patients and their families as well as individual and couples counseling. I have worked extensively with clients in the medical field and first responders dealing with effects of trauma. I use modalities such as Emotionally Focuses Therapy, Internal Family Systems and recently, I have had training in Vasovagal Theory of self regulation.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I offer a welcoming and accepting attitude to all that come to me for help with their struggles. At the same time, I challenge and guide based on each client's needs and therapeutic journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Clients join me on line from the comfort of their home. Sessions last about 50 minutes to an hour. We decide how often to meet based on their individual needs. Clients are encouraged to contact me directly for appointment setting and changes. My hours begin at 10 am and my last sessions start at 7 pm.
