What should a new client know about working with you?

I will offer a free phone consultation (to make sure I am a good fit for you), an assessment to fully understand your needs, and a collaboratively developed treatment plan to keep us both on track toward your goals. Through ongoing therapy sessions I will continue to complete reassessments, and we will be able to change the treatment plan, if needed. I am here and available to start our conversation. I will guide you through these difficult times in a safe and therapeutic/client focused setting, while providing an empathetic approach, with the support of evidence based interventions. It is all about you, as an expert on yourself, you lead the therapy sessions. Let's get started today!
