I know that transitions throughout adulthood and seeking change or understanding within oneself can feel overwhelming. My goal is to be a supportive, nonjudgmental resource as you navigate your mental health journey. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, or the stress of figuring out who you are, I’m here to listen and help you work through it all. I’m Muskan, a Licensed Social Worker passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I believe in the power of therapy to help you gain clarity, develop coping skills, and build confidence. What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is unique to fit each individual client, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to meet you where you are, work together on setting goals, and create a safe space where you feel seen. My objective is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and more equipped to cope with the stressors of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will begin working together by discussing your history, experiences, and concerns or goals for therapy. Together, we will discuss what feels supportive and aligned for your specific journey with therapy. Sessions can be both structured or conversational, depending on the content of session and your preferences/comfort level. I use an eclectic approach, combining aspects from multiple modalities of therapy including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. While some sessions may explore themes like coping skills and daily stressors, some may explore deeper patterns, emotions, and identity.
