Hi! My name is Mutya. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern California. With over five years in the field, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I enjoy working with young adults experiencing significant life transitions such as starting college, entering the workforce, or exploring new relationships. Life transitions can be exciting, but they can also bring a lot of other emotions, such as anxiety, insecurity, and confusion. My goal in treatment is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can comfortably share their experiences and navigate their challenges with confidence to help them thrive in their professional and personal lives. Collaboration is at the heart of my practice. We'll work together to explore your experiences, identify your goals, and develop strategies to help you thrive. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and perspectives that should be utilized in their journey toward growth and healing.
