Myranda’s goal is to help clients recognize that they are more than their past experiences, mistakes, or negative beliefs about themselves. She helps clients identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back while building confidence, self-understanding, and a greater sense of empowerment. When meaningful to the client, she also welcomes exploration of spirituality, identity, and personal meaning as part of the therapeutic process.
