I specialize in working with adults, children, and/or families/couples who struggle with managing stress, anxiety, depression, or self perception. I help by implementing an empathic view when I am with others so that I can more clearly understand what each person has been experiencing. I accept insurance, private pay, and sliding scale options. In our first sessions, you can expect us to discuss the main goals you would like to achieve in counseling. We will discover together ways in which you can persevere and thrive.
