Getting to know Myriam Milfort

I have worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and life-changing situations. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Liberty University and am committed to supporting you during this process to reach your goal of self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-control so that you can positively change your relationship with yourself and others. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a warm, safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where you can begin your healing journey and find clarity and balance while targeting ineffective beliefs and behaviors. We will work together while you learn the tools you need to identify areas of concern and create an action plan to address those concerns.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
