Nadav Sasportas is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who completed his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Touro University, New York. His experience includes working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and interpersonal and relationship issues. He utilizes a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction practices, creating an empathetic and supportive environment for his clients.
Nadav believes in tailoring treatment to meet each individual's unique needs through collaboration and self-exploration. He is committed to helping clients regain autonomy and achieve positive changes in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. He works by meeting clients where they are to gain the best understanding of their needs, encouraging self-development and efficient treatment. Nadav empowers individuals by acknowledging their inherent strengths and equipping them with coping skills and tools to enhance self-awareness. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, clients begin the process of overcoming challenges and discovering their capabilities, fostering personal growth and resilience.

I wasn't very familiar with telemedicine, and at first, I thought Zocdoc might be just another ineffective website. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its user-friendly interface. I was able to secure an appointment with a specialist quite quickly. My experience with Nadav, the therapist, was excellent. He is a great listener, and I couldn't have chosen a better psychotherapist.
