What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe strongly in the power of connection and relationships as a catalyst for healing and growth. I understand that everyone has a unique experience I would love to discuss more of what you are looking for and to see if it's a good fit for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First, we schedule a 50 min intake session to gather information about your mental health. If we both think this is a good fit for you, then I create a treatment plan that is suitable for you. For some, they only need a few sessions to help them learn the tools to improve their mental health. For others, it's a longer process, that needs to address core wounds from childhood or traumatic past relationships. Most mental health issues stem from unresolved trauma or unhealthy learned behavior or mindset.
