Hello, I am Najla (Nay-jala)! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned my Bachelor's Degree from University of West Georgia in 2002 and Masters Degree from LaSalle University in 2005. I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years with children; families; adolescents; and adults. My specialties include play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma focused CBT. My skills and training include working with families and individual experiencing personal, relationship, and/or emotional struggles. Also, survivors of trauma, Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and ODD.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal, starting from our first session, is to create an environment built on trust, communication, and collaboration. Next, is to foster the rapport and trust we have built together and work through the process of developing strong coping skills to navigate toward progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I provide brief and ongoing therapy services to individuals, families, teens, and children. ? I provide a safe and supportive setting with honest and non-judgmental feedback to help address current and past challenges. I utilize a combination of complementary methods to provide the best service for each individual.
