She was compassionate, real, attentive, kind, and profession. Emphasis on professional. I will continue booking sessions with her.
My family always made me feel stupid and irresponsible. They constantly spoke about me. I was anxious, angry, afraid, and depressed. Their words had so much control over my life. Na'kirra taught me about family dynamics and generational trauma. I got the coping skills to block out some of the noise. I still have some of the feelings I had before, but now I have the tools to reduce it.
I was experiencing issues with school and my mom. I didn't think I would finish another semester. I learned more about my problems and how to handle them better. She helped me realize my mom was gonna be who she is. She was amazing in getting me to accept some unchangeable things. I came out of therapy better than ever.
I love Kirra! I needed some help, and she came on time. My mental health was at its worse when I started with Kirra- I got fired, my boyfriend recently cheated on me, I had a miscarriage, and my best friend had an undiagnosed illness. She walked me through it all. I could organize my priorities and work on each of my problems. I was a mess, but she got me together.
Didn't know how bad I needed assistance until I started working with Kirra. She made me feels so comfortable. Her accent made everything sound so sweet, even when she was reading me. She gives you the real and I needed that.
She saved me from a messy break-up. She got me to step up and do what I needed to do. She didn't sit there and look at me, she actually talked to me. My last therapist wasn't like her. She gave me homework and we would review it. I got tools I could use in real life. I'm glad I gave therapy a second chance.
I had issues in my relationship. I wasn't hitting my goals in life. I felt unmotivated to do anything to change these things. She taught me to better focus on myself. I didn't know my past traumas were affecting me so much. We worked through it, and I learned how to accept and move forward. Currently doing better with my girlfriend and looking at schools to upgrade my career.
I loved the process of working with Kirra. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing me with valuable understanding and guidance that helped me make progress towards my goals. I appreciated that she respected me as I am and worked collaboratively with me, rather than putting only her own ideas. I wasn't forced in any way to do things I was uncomfortable with. I felt heard and respected which was important to me.
