I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University and believe in using the strengths model, where each individual can use their existing strengths to overcome obstacles. I am largely influenced by the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. Together, we work to develop tools that you can use to reflect and cope with any issues you may be facing. What should a new client know about working with you?

I will help you with finding your resolution by reflecting on your thoughts and broadening your perspectives. I listen to your concerns and work together to come up with your goals to work on. We will discuss together to decide the frequency of the visit after the initial visit. If this sounds like it suits you, I would love to connect with you.

All of my sessions are 60 mims length.

    I am currently in-network with United Health Care/Optum, Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross. If you are using your health insurance, I will submit my claim to your insurance. Once I receive a response from your insurance, I will reach out to you if you have any deductible to meet or co-pay. I also accept private pay. After each session, I will send you a link where you can pay with your credit card.
