As a licensed professional counselor, I continue to help children, adolescents and adults navigate life, heal and grow. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Approaches, and Trauma-focused CBT to help clients achieve their goals. Great feedback and answered all of our questions. Helped us to create actionable steps to improve our child's environment and our approach. Taught our child about CBT and what that would mean for future sessions. Love her more educational approach.
