“I would use Nancy L and recommend her but would never ever use the service I used to find and use her. Grow Therapy is a scam. It will not allow you to cancel appointments in timely manner without being charged nor does it even notify the provider when cancellations or changes happen. There is no way to contact without a bot! I would never recommend this service ever and going to do whatever is necessary to fight and get all money back for fraudulent charges to my account. As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. My role involves assessing clients' mental health needs, providing counseling and psychotherapy, and connecting them with community resources. I work collaboratively with clients to address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being within a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
