Nancy is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and her Master's degree in Counseling from Montclair State University. With over 30 years of experience, Nancy has worked with adults, couples, and families addressing a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, divorce, relationships, stress management, anger, grief, parenting, self-esteem, caregiver challenges, and many other mental health concerns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Thank you for considering me to support you through this difficult part of your life's journey. I have 30+ years as a Christian in the field of mental health and have worked with people from all walks of life with significant issues. My focus is on identifying and changing the self-defeating ways in which most of us think; and helping you to develop new insights, perspectives & beliefs about yourself & your environment. My goals are to have hope and faith for you in your circumstance when you may not; and help you cope, manage & successfully overcome challenges. I believe my compassion and use of my own life experiences will enable me to work most successfully with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First steps would be verifying your insurance and completing an intake packet online via our website (and a Consent for Telehealth). Most sessions are 55 minutes, however, 30 or 45 minute sessions are available upon request or need.
