Getting to know Nancy Benson

Life can be stressful, but that doesn't mean we cannot find peace in our lives. Therapy can help us find ways to achieve peace. I believe that every person on this earth has the ability and the right to find peace and happiness in their lives. As a therapist for 17 years, I have helped many individuals find that so that they are able to live a happy, peaceful life. I use a very holistic approach to therapy treating each client as a whole not just the psychological issues. Deciding to come to therapy is brave. I create a warm, inviting, trusting environment with my clients to best address issues that are personal, painful and troubling. I have been a practicing Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2007. I have a wide breadth of experience in several different areas with my specialty being anxiety and depression. I am licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut and enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I also enjoy working with couples.
