Life is stressful. How we manage our stress determines how productive and happy we can be. When our stress is managing us it's difficult to have peace in our daily lives. I have been a mental health professional since 2006 and have helped many individuals with who have felt overwhelmed with life. I have worked with children, teens and adults and have experience doing family and couples counseling. I am holistic in my approach and use many different types of therapeutic modalities when working with my clients. I am very experienced working on a telehealth platform and am able to provide counseling in my office if you prefer to be seen in person. My specialties include; panic disorders, anxiety and depression, stress, relationship issues and a variety of other issues that tend to interrupt our ability to enjoy life. We are not on this earth to be miserable. I can help you find the peace you deserve.
