I am a Christian-based, compassionate, non-judgmental therapist with over 20 years of experience. I earned my Bachelor's degree and Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University. I became a therapist because I wanted to be the therapist I never had, and I have always been passionate about seeing people overcome challenges to embrace their full, true selves. I have helped many people deal with depression, anxiety, fear, stress, loneliness, and more. I am passionate about working with adults and teens who are feeling anxious, sad, hopeless, angry, or overwhelmed. I help my clients find new grounding, hope, and healing. I also assist them in understanding their triggers and learning new coping skills to help them feel more confident.

I use several approaches that can help you create new insights into your feelings and behaviors. I'll create a plan tailored to you based on your needs which may involve helping you clarify your emotions, learning new tools for communicating, or identifying unhealthy patterns as they unfold.
