What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a wide range of experience being lucky enough to work in both the inpatient and outpatient setting for the last 8 years. My main focuses include anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD. I believe you are the expert on your own life and focus on healing at your own pace in a safe space free from judgement

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session we will focus on building trust, establishing comfort, and understanding your unique needs. This includes creating a calm environment, setting collaborative goals, while prioritizing your pacing. Ensuring you feel grounded and comfortable before discussing difficult topics. We will discuss what brings you in and what you hope to feel or change over time and outline a flexible, gentle plan for future sessions that respects your boundaries.
