Let's get started building a new life for you! I can help you reach your therapy goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience and hold a Master’s in Counseling from East Texas A&M University. My specialty is Trauma-Informed therapy, working with clients experiencing symptoms of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and abuse. I support individuals struggling with narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, grief or loss, negative self-talk, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, family conflict, stress, and life changes. I use an integrative treatment approach, tailoring therapy methods to your unique personality.
I am patient and kind in the therapeutic relationship. I want you to "come as you are" and feel accepted and free to reveal yourself at your own pace. I understand it can be difficult to know where to start on the healing journey, and I will meet you where you are. I have been described as a joyful person who creates a peaceful and safe space.
