I've had the privilege of supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, divorce, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of overthinking or self-doubt, or who have spent so much time taking care of others that they've lost touch with themselves. I also work with clients navigating difficult family dynamics, low self-esteem, and the lasting effects of unhealthy or emotionally painful relationships. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring our work to your individual needs. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest without fear of judgment, better understand yourself, and develop tools that actually fit your everyday life. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard and respected as we work toward helping you feel more confident, grounded, and like yourself again.
