Nancy has over 20 years of experience working with adults, both individually and in group settings. She has a special interest in the psychodynamics of relationships with significant others and assists her patients in establishing and enforcing boundaries, resulting in improved self-esteem and overall functioning. Nancy is experienced in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy for mood disorders, stress management, self-esteem, relationships, work-related issues, and substance use disorders.
