Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, trauma-informed care, client-centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gottman Relationship Counseling. As a Christian, Nancy meets her clients where they are in life, providing the support they need. She works with individuals aged 13 and up.
